Trettin
Drop-In Preschool is a non-profit, structured-environment school that you
can use for childcare on an as-needed basis. It is truly flexible childcare,
with a curriculum taught by experienced teachers. The school is secular
(non-religious).
The
philosophy of Trettin Drop-In Preschool is to provide opportunities for
children to grow intellectually, socially, emotionally and physically in a
warm, loving environment. Our play-based curriculum encourages
choice-making, autonomy, and social competence. Trettin is a great
introduction to group-learning situations for preschoolers.

Care Center web site for more information at www.childlearning.org.
The Child
Learning and Care Center provides a place where all families are welcomed
and supported. Learn all about the programs and services we offer, and
contact us with your specific questions or to set up an appointment with our
caring staff.
Families
interested in enrolling their child at CLCC can call or email us for more
information. We typically schedule tours during the morning activity times,
between 9am and 11:30 am daily. Tours are scheduled in advance to respect
planned classroom activities. We accept families with City of Seattle,
University of Washington, and DSHS voucher programs. We also offer limited
private scholarship funds for qualified families. We realize that choosing a
child care is an important decision. We require families to tour our center
and visit our classrooms prior to enrollment. Transition visits help a child
become familiar with the staff and the routine in their classroom.
