UCUCC All-Church Summer Camp at Seabeck

Registration for Seabeck begins on Seabeck Sunday, April 21, 2013. The registration packet giving you all the information needed to register for our All-Church Summer Camp, July 7–12, 2013, has been mailed out (or you can access them at the links below). Complete your forms and bring them and your checkbook to the Lounge after worship on Sunday, April 21st. Members of the Seabeck Committee, including Registrars Carol Bryant and Kevin Cain will be available to help answer all of your questions. If you’ve never been to Seabeck before, they can help you decide which is the best housing for you and your family.

If you are not able to join us on April 21, just bring your registration and check for the program fees to the church office (or mail it in) and we will process your registration right along with the others.

Many of you have expressed your excitement over our guests The Interfaith Amigos and the program they will be providing for us. Based on what we are hearing, we may have a full house, so don’t delay. And as you are dreaming of summer at Seabeck, have a look at the Red Wall which will take you on a photo path through some past weeks at Seabeck.

This is the time when our whole church goes on retreat together in a very special place — Seabeck Camp on the edge of the Hood Canal. There is time to get to know each other better and to make new and deeper connections.

The Interfaith Amigos will be joining us to guide us in an experience of interfaith dialogue and open our hearts in ways that may help us heal our world.

As always, there will be a wide variety of fun camp activities designed for people of many ages and interests. Swim in the lagoon or row a boat? Tie-dye a t-shirt? Walk in the forest or by the Hood Canal? Discuss a book or write a poem? Make a craft? Do absolutely nothing? Sing a song? Make a new friend? Play volleyball? Pray by the water? Tell a joke? Take a nap? Put together a puzzle? Lead a vespers? Play at the playground? You'll have to make some choices!
