The Preschool Christian Education Program at University Congregational
United Church of Christ is seeking an individual to provide part-time
childcare for our Toddler/Two’s room on Sunday mornings during the Worship
hour 9:45 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. We are an open and affirming congregation
extending a radical welcome to all. This is a temporary position from
September 2008 to February 2009. Subject to evaluation of the merits of the
position and approval of additional funding, long term employment would be
extended to 9:45 a.m. to 11:30 on all Sundays from September through
September of each year. Candidate must be 18 years of age to apply.
Salary: $11.59/hour
Skill sets required
Requires experience caring for infants and/or young children. References,
background questionnaire and background check will be required.
Requires excellent interpersonal skills with children and parents.
